I've noticed, looking at my other posts, that I sound kinda silly. Haha, the things that seem oh so important at the time.
Yet I can't not have a myspace. I don't know if that makes sense, but I don't wanna quit my myspace.
I forgot to mention that the 17th was Pokenam's Anniversary. It's one year and a few days now since he committed suicide. I'm incredibly sad, and last week I couldn't exactly figure out why. Then I remembered what an important date was coming up.
- Shannon Logan
Summary:
Shannon Logan has been scouring the streets of Donnel, a quaint little french-american town for over two months and is searching for more work to support her dream to be an artist. After a mysterious "collision" with a mysterious man, her life just gets wackier and wackier. Finding her way could bring about the toughest decisions ever.
Well, I mainly made this site for my sims, or anything else I feel like putting up until I get the motivation to make my own website. Quite frankly I feel a bit lazy :]
What could we do to create a world with less violence?
Personally, if we just get over ourselves and be happy with what we have, we might make the world a better place. If we stop acting like crabs in a bucket, climbing over anyone and anything that gets in our way, things might get better. Too many people are hurt by extreme amount of ambition, now, wanting to make things better is nice, but not when you're all to ready to sacrifice what you already have.
After a long run with Vox, I have unfortunately decided that I must say adieu. Vox is a great service, and Six Apart is a great blogging company, but I need a few things out of a personal blog that Vox simply can't deliver.
We've had some good times Vox, you and I. I've done quite a bit of evangelizing for you actually, as I really do think you're a great choice for most bloggers. With that in mind, I hope you can believe me when I say: it's not you, it's me.
If y'all would like to keep in touch with my personal blogging, I'm moving to DavidChartier.com (for tech and culture stuff) and DavidChartier.net (personal, family, dogs, etc.). I don't have all my photos and videos back up over there yet, but I'll definitely be transitioning all that stuff over the next couple weeks and months.
Please join me over over at the new site, as I don't plan on updating or checking in on Vox (besides to read my friends' blogs here, of course) from here on out.
As always, thanks for reading, and I hope you'll continue at my other sites.
